Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will typically ship the following business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update. During this time, the carrier may display a status such as “Pre-Shipment” or “USPS Awaiting Item” even after the package has entered the carrier’s possession. This initial status does not necessarily mean that your order has not shipped.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other regional carriers as needed
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Certain products may be limited to specific carriers or shipping methods because of federal regulations, carrier restrictions, product size, or destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery times include:
- Standard shipping: Approximately 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: Available for select products and destinations
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, service interruptions, hazardous-material restrictions, and other carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness may offer free or discounted shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Promotional shipping offers may exclude hazardous materials, oversized products, certain destinations, or other restricted items.
Hazardous Materials and Spa Chemicals
Certain pool and spa chemicals are classified as hazardous or restricted materials and must be shipped according to federal and carrier regulations.
- Chlorine and select spa chemicals are restricted to USPS Ground shipping.
- Restricted chemicals cannot be shipped by air or expedited shipping methods.
- Some chemicals cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or other restricted locations.
- Hazardous-material orders may require additional handling or transit time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking to update. USPS may initially display “Pre-Shipment” or “USPS Awaiting Item” even when the package is already within its shipping network. Ground-only chemical shipments may also receive fewer tracking scans during the early stages of transit.
If a product cannot legally or safely be shipped to the address provided, we will contact you before shipment.
Backordered Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
You may be given the option to:
- Wait for the item to become available
- Receive a partial shipment when applicable
- Cancel the affected item for a refund
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking scans are outside our direct control.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your package is:
- Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but cannot be located
We will work with the carrier to help locate the shipment or file a claim when appropriate. Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
- Retain all original packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact us within five business days of delivery.
We will review the damage and work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness primarily ships within the contiguous United States. If international shipping is available for an eligible product, available destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and destination-country requirements. Hazardous materials and restricted chemicals cannot be shipped internationally.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select products at participating Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness locations. When available, the Local Pickup option will appear during checkout.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. A valid photo ID or order confirmation may be required.
