Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Other regional carriers as needed

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select products and destinations

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including:

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Backordered Items

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

You may choose to:

  • Wait for the item to become available

  • Receive a partial shipment (when applicable)

  • Cancel the affected item for a refund

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but cannot be located

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to assist in locating your shipment or filing a claim when appropriate.

Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products.

  2. Retain all original packaging materials.

  3. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hazardous Materials

Certain pool and spa chemicals may be subject to shipping restrictions due to federal or carrier regulations.

Some products:

  • May only ship via ground transportation.

  • Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or certain international destinations.

  • May require additional handling time.

If shipping restrictions apply to your order, we will contact you before shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness primarily ships within the continental United States.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select products at participating Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness showroom locations.

If available, the Local Pickup option will appear during checkout.

Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

A valid photo ID may be required when collecting your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
