Purezone measures pH, free chlorine or total bromine, total alkalinity and water temperature. Schedule testing every day or every other day, or request an additional test whenever you want updated water readings.

The floating Hover design requires no drilling or permanent installation. Charge the battery, install the included P3 testing cassette, connect the system to Wi-Fi and place the assembled Hover in the spa.

Important: Purezone is a water-testing and monitoring system. It does not dispense sanitizer, balance the water or replace the need to add the recommended spa chemicals.

1. Download the “Purezone by Balboa” app and create an account.
2. Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is available near the spa.
3. Charge the Purezone battery pack overnight before initial setup.
4. Gather your spa capacity, sanitizer type and water-balancing product information.
5. Remove the included P3 cassette from its foil storage bag only when you are ready to install it.
6. Scan the QR code on the cassette using the Purezone app.
7. Insert the cassette into the cassette housing until it clicks into place.
8. Insert the assembled Purezone unit into the Hover until it clicks securely.
9. Place the assembled Hover in the spa water.
10. Follow the app instructions to connect Purezone to your Wi-Fi network and enter your spa information.
11. Select daily or every-other-day testing and adjust the scheduled testing time if desired.
