📋 How to Replace the Cartridge

1. Turn off and disconnect power to the spa.
2. Make sure the system is dry and confirm that all indicator lights are off before servicing it.
3. Disconnect the two air tubes from the bottom of the existing cartridge unit.
4. Press the metal release tab to release the cartridge from the control unit.
5. Pull the cartridge downward until its slots align with the guides on the control unit, then lift it toward you to remove it.
6. Align the new cartridge’s slots with the guides and insert it into the control unit.
7. Push the cartridge upward until the metal release tab clicks securely into place.
8. Reconnect the short air tube to the left fitting and the long air tube to the right fitting.
9. Restore power to the spa and confirm that the system completes its startup sequence.

After startup, the control-unit status light should illuminate green and the cartridge’s blue operating light should illuminate. Always follow the instructions supplied with the replacement cartridge and your Clear Comfort system.
